1. Acceptance

By using MTMODEX and its products (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MTMODEX provides web-based calculation and productivity tools. A free tier is available; premium features require a paid subscription. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, who handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes (including VAT). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. Calculation results are provided in good faith but without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose — verify critical figures independently.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTMODEX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
